"We’ve been going here with our littles for about 20 years. Every visit is a bit anxiety inducing for our little dogs, especially our geriatric chi but all the vet and team are consistently lovely, patient and understanding - Dr Yamuna in particular. Highly recommend for caring support in the area who’ll treat your fur family like their own!"
"Been going here for 12 years, and finally my dog passed away naturally. The vets, Hilary, Yamuna were always very clear on issues and in the end, how long I had to spend with my pet. The staff always managed to fit me in, even in the last minute emergency situations just before closing hours. Never did feel pressure to do or buy anything or extra services other than clear recommendations. Thank you for 12 years of service and taking care of my pet."
"Both my wife and I are so happy to have found this vet clinic. Both Rebecca and Gordon are FANTASTIC with both our cats. Waiting times are generally pretty quick; sometimes just a few minutes. There are busy times in the evening to take into consideration. However any waiting is worth the time. They are very friendly and very good with both our girls. They're knowledge is extremely good and if there is something they don't know straight away, they will often find out about it and do further research if required. Both our girls purr and are very calm around Rebecca when we visit, she always remembers them like they were her own, and handles them very gently and lovingly - a true sign of an animal lover. I highly reccomend the Glenhaven & Winston Hills Veterinary hospital opposite Winston Hills shopping center. Without a doubt, if you live close enough and have pets, then they should be your regular vet clinic. Addendum: This practice is now under new management. So sad to see Rebecca go. We found the new staff to be impersonal and treated our girls like just another number on the books. We ended up going to a different vet, one that treats our girls like their own pets. Pity to have to change our review, but it it what it is. Now 2 stars. ⭐️⭐️"
"My wife took our mini Dachsund for his immunisation shots at 3 months old. They were running 45 minutes behind, & no wonder, the veterinarian spent most of the time trying to sell everything under the sun, from, the dog needs a tooth removed, to his ears smell funny, We will never go back again"
"I've been coming here for a long time. These people have seen my Maremma before and booked her into Surgery. They are aware she has aggressive tendancies and issued me sedatives to give to her on the morning. I was confidently told based on her weight she will be knocked out and I will be able to get her up safely. The so called sedatives did nothing and she bit my hands. I had to call them and let them know I wasn't able to attend the booking and they were aware I had someone coming out to put her to sleep as well as getting attacked. I received no follow up call ,empathy ,card or care in the world after going through such a traumatic experience. I then speak to the practice manager Sandra who is arrogant, rude and argumentative. Sandra advised she wouldn't care if I came back with my new dog. Disgusting attitude and service. Not to mention they are crazily expensive rip -offs. I am a dog lover that lost my dog, and advised Sandra I am going to another vet. Sandra the practice manager sent me my other dog's records and wrote in Bold on the top : ABUSIVE , DO NOT SERVE!!!!!! I was never in anyway abusive. After threatening to SUE she has removed the derogatory comments from his report ; This Vet deliberatley tried to jeopardise my poor pets from getting other vet services!!! I'm putting a formal complaint in with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW. I do not want anybody to go through what I went through at this place. Young Girls giving advice on sedatives and no care for the customer or their loss. This has gone all the way downhill since Gordon Retired. If you care about your pet, Stay away!!!!!"
