"I drive a long way to go here because Miss V listens when I say, "I have baby hair and you'll melt it if you put bleach on it". Literally six different salons have nodded while I said this, then bleached the hair right off my head. Then, as my hair is melting in their hands, they've pretended it's not happening and told me not to wash it for a few days because it's "sensitised".
