"Pros: Lived in Epping Park by Meriton for two years. Good quality spacious apartments with gym, swimming pool and tennis court facilities. Well maintained nature strips and very clean. Building manager Jake is very easy to work with and always willing to help. Cons: limited street parking and no counsil garbage collection for large items."
"This is a nice to take a walk specially when you are living near Epping Meriton apartment which is a cluster of apartments with well parking facilities in each apartment.Good for the old people and kids to take quick walk in nature while they are living in the city."
"Very nice residential complex with on-site management office which small complex does not have. Very quiet and do not hear any sounds from neighbors. Good building material compared with newly built apartment complex. Good recreational facilities. I have a car so transportation is not a problem. Otherwise, there is a bus running to Eastwood Station but not very frequent. Overall, this is an underrated apartment complex. I am glad that I found Epping Park to be my home."
