"Our boy has received such loving and affordable care here when we were in a desperate situation. Although we live a distance from here, we always make the trip back because they have patiently built good rapport with our fearful sausage dog (not an easy thing to do)! The staff have big hearts and it is always a pleasure. They are not an emergency vet, so booking an appointment ahead is necessary, but there is no online booking system; be aware that the phones do not have an answering machine and will just not ring if the line is engaged. You just have to keep trying till you get through."
