"We bought our property through Aussie Choice. She did a great job assessing what kind of property would suit us well. We fell in love with the land the minute we walked on it (hence the 1 star for good effort). But, ALMOST everything on the ad was incorrect & information given to us via the agent was also incorrect. -Upon arrival, I saw termites on the wooden fence post (which is fine to deal with), but was told multiple times "there's no white ants here/there's no termites". -Also a bit frustrating when the " fully fenced" property isn't actually fully fenced and surveyors (Est~$3k per day) are required for us to finish fencing the property. -And the "large spring fed dam" that never runs dry, is currently running as dry as the 'spring'. Good thing I didn't let my horses out on it! -We were also told the property backs onto Nat. Park, it's actually a mine. - The "95% arable land" statement on the ad is really about 20/100 acres of arable land. (20/100 = 20% arable land in case we're all wondering) 2 out of 7 points were factual. Just one family's opinion though."

She always got back to be quickly and once the property was handed over she made sure to haveall cleaning and repairs completed on time and to our specifications. Even recieved a lovley welcome gift once the purchase was settled. Lovley doing business with Aussie Choice Realty."

"These guys are an absolute disgrace. I was selling a property through one of their competitors and they would tell their clients how poor my property was. Very dirty tactics! My property was in the same complex but $100k cheaper. These agents would advise their clients not to look at my property as it was ‘tired’. Their clients actually came to inspect my property and said to my agent “Oh, it’s not as bad as what Aussie First Choice said it was”. I then received an offer which I accepted following the inspection. When I contacted Caileen Nelson (principal owner), she claimed that my agent was the one who said my property was in poor condition. Why would my agent say it was tired when he had an interest in selling my property. Caileen is nothing short of a liar who practices poor tactics to make a sale. I see her reviews are not very good and I can see why! Avoid or use extreme caution if you decide to use."
