"Best pizza I've had in my life to be honest. Definitely recommend 5 star restaurant. Customer service was very polite and easy to understand. The food is delicious, best pizza shop in the area, Victoria even. Highly recommend. This is my new takeaway destination, my favourite and the price zza I recommend would be the Ricky's Chicken with BBQ sauce. Overall a wonderful experience!!"

"*MADE FUN OF MY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD* Tonight was supposed to be a treat night for my special needs child who requested we all have spaghetti and pizza. I called up and made a phone order of spaghetti bolognese plus pizza. I spent the time on the phone double checking the pasta was definitely spaghetti as my child has special needs and this is the only pasta he will eat. Fast foward to me collecting my order and getting home to fettuccine instead of spaghetti. I phoned up the store and stated on the phone that I know this may not seem like a big deal to any adult but my child is special needs and will only consume spaghetti and I recieved fettuccine instead. The person on the phone stated that fettuccine was similar to spaghetti and called out to others in the store saying this lady is complaing she got fettuccine instead of spaghetti and her special needs son will not eat it. I heard numerous staff members begin to laugh at his statement. I asked to speak to the boss and tried to explain that this is not for a freebie I am simply letting you know as others out there may also have special needs children and this can unfortunately be a big deal for them. More laughter and mockery was heard in the background about my child including - someone putting on a voice and saying " I'm special needs and i only eat spaghetti " . I could not believe this at all and the boss did not rectify the issue and allowed them all to keep laughing and making fun of my child. You have lost a loyal customer and hope you sleep well tonight thinking it's funny mocking children with special needs."
