"Second time going to hairroom salon, I have a few mixed emotions. Firstly I’d never gotten my hair professionally done before coming to hair room July last year, I got a full head of foils and a trim a few weeks ago. I felt the price was massive considering I’m a 17 year old who works part time in between year 12 VCE, I had worked the entire school holidays saving for this appointment as I wanted my hair to look fresh and beautiful for my upcoming formal in a week. The ladies that work here are absolutely lovely, I had really great conversations with them and I felt our consultation was clear so I was excited for my new hair. After a bleach and no tone (recommended by stylists to maintain brightness) I was quite happy with the outcome although felt there was little to no change since I wanted my hair to be a creamy blonde, it ended up coming out yellow mixed with orange and some random streaks of sliver. I didn’t really notice any major problems until I got home, where my mum and auntie pointed out there was streaks of root shadow all throughout my hair, and major patches in the back. I was super upset seeing as I paid over $400 dollars for hair that looked patchy and yellow. I understand that it’s my fault for not speaking up whilst in the chair, and I apologise for the late complaint. Overall I need to spend an extra $100 dollars to get my hair fixed elsewhere when it should have been done right the first time. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be attending again, thank you for the amazing customer service but the appointment just didn’t turn out how I hoped.
