"I recently visited Lash Envy with the expectation of achieving a specific look for my eyelashes. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Firstly, I provided a reference photo to the lash technician, clearly expressing my desired outcome. However, the process took considerably longer than anticipated, extending well beyond an hour and twenty minutes. While I understand that precision is vital, the extended duration seemed excessive and was not communicated beforehand. Regrettably, the pricing for the service was quite steep, as I was charged $155. Considering the end result and the overall service quality, I must admit that the cost did not align with the value I received. Moreover, I felt somewhat uncomfortable during the procedure, as I perceived the technician to be somewhat rough, resulting in the unintended removal of 2-3 of my natural eyelashes. This made me uneasy, as I had expected a gentle and skillful application process. Overall, my visit to the eyelash salon did not meet my expectations. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of service efficiency, pricing, and ensuring a more delicate approach to lash application. I sincerely hope that my feedback can be taken constructively and contribute to the salon's efforts to enhance their services."
