"Kitchen was well lit and very well equipped. The manager is quick in responding. The beds are comfy and bedrooms adequately sized. The sofa bed is comfortable too. Bathroom is adequately sized and consists of a bathtub shower. The property is centrally located and only 4 mins away from the Echo Point (lookout for 3 Sisters) or the Scenic World Stations. The property has a common laundry facility with washer and dryer which was v handy. The flats have common walls that are not sound proof and so I would certainly not recommend this property for families with young kids or large family/friends who love to chitchat and have a good laugh. We reached the property at 7pm and by 8.30pm our neighbour complained and threatened to tell the manager. So before they could, I called the manager and told them to speak to the neighbour to get them to stop whinging and be accommodating. The windows could do with a nice thorough cleaning as we found a few cobwebs and dead insects. The lights in the bedrooms could be a bit brighter too. In one of the bedroom tall boy drawers, we found undergarments which possibly would be from the previous guests. Ideally I would have expected housecleaning to have gotten rid of it before we checked in. In the bathroom, the shower curtain needs cleaning or replacement."

"We have just spent 3 nights in Elizabeth Flats and it was lovely! The rooms are big and well supplied with everything to keep us warm on some very cold and windy nights! It was like being home away from home - everything worked and was very well stocked with every utensil needed... we had an amazing holiday and will definitely recommend and be back! Thank you Jenny! "Elizabeth Flats was fantastic. There was plenty of room, they are fully equipped & at an affordable price. The location was also fantastic being located in a nice quiet street but in walking distance to the main streets in Katoomba. We attended a wedding at The Carrington & we all walked there. If we go to Katoomba we will stay there again"

"We stayed in flat 1 which is a two bedroomed flat with a dining room, lounge and bathroom (with underfloor heating) The flat was very clean and there was more than adequate heating in all the rooms. The flats are art deco styled and have bags of character,and are located close to both the town centre and the local attractions. The location is however very peaceful. I would certainly book the flat again if we get the chance to return to the blue mountains."
