Welcome to Royhaven Holiday Let, a fully equipped self-catering accommodation located in Cowes, Australia. Our establishment offers a comfortable and convenient stay for up to 11 people, with three large bedrooms and an additional 'snug' or occasional bedroom.

The ground floor master bedroom features fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room, while the family bathroom offers a bath with a shower over it. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience. A small laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and a family-sized laundry line is available outside.

To ensure a pleasant stay, the property includes a split system in the main living area, as well as a cosy wood heater for the cooler months. The upstairs bedrooms also have wardrobes and split system heating/cooling for optimal comfort.

Our lounge area is equipped with a large TV and Blu-ray DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs suitable for the entire family. The kitchen features all-electric cooking facilities, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric fry pan, electric slow cooker, and electric veggie steamer. A family-sized fridge freezer is also provided.

For outdoor relaxation and entertainment, we offer BBQ facilities and a large undercover deck with a comfy sofa, Adirondack chairs, and a dining setting for eight people. Parking is available for up to four cars, and there is a double garage set up as a wet day room with a dartboard, sofa, and table tennis.

Located behind secure gates and surrounded by private gardens, Royhaven provides a tranquil setting just a three-minute walk into Cowes Town. Thompson Avenue's restaurants, cafes, and shops are literally on your doorstep, making it the perfect location for families of all ages. Within a 15-minute stroll along Thompson Ave, you can reach Cowes Beach for a day of sun and surf.

If you prefer a quieter beach experience, Red Rocks is just a five-minute car journey (or 15 minutes by bicycle) along Settlement Road. This beautiful sandy coastline offers miles of walking, perfect for a game of cricket or simply enjoying the warm shallow waters and stunning sunsets. BBQ facilities and toilets are also available.

For rainy days, there are plenty of activities nearby, such as ten-pin bowling and mini-golf within Cowes. You can also take a short drive to visit the Vietnam Veteran Museum, Amaze N Things, The Big Wave, or the Chocolate Factory. There is something for everyone, regardless of the weather.
