"Absolutely Horrible! the customer service was terrible because only one lady was in charge of everything. There is no internet, the washing machine is not working condition, there are no bowls, forks, or cutlery, etc., there is no room service, no one will vacuum the room for five days, the carpet condition is horrible, and there is no cleaning; only two women will come and deliver the items you need. Dirty cushions. Worst experience with my 10-year-old girl.  I will never recommend it to anyone!! Only Westfield is a good thing."

"Very lovely hotel for guests, exactly what is represented in the advertised images. Just a few small gripes but nothing that should dissuade you from coming here. Parking situation is definitely confusing I'm not gonna lie. But I'm sure it isn't really that difficult. Just park in the corresponding letter on a particular level, and you can park anywhere where there's a sign that says 'guest parking only'. Not that difficult when I write it out actually but when you're sleep deprived and all that, wah wah. Literally only issue with the place. It's cheap, so don't expect gold plated toilet seats but everything is very very clean, very comfortable, and simply well designed. Simple, classy, I think don't know what else to say really.. Thank you for your great hospitality!"

"Do not book here Was booked to stay there the 11th November. Arrived at 4.30pm reception unattended, called the phone no for service at least 12 times still no response. After 45 mins left to find another hotel even though they had taken payment in advance. 3 hrs later still haven't heard from hotel."

"Not much to say but the fact that it is SO NOISY at night. People slam the entrance doors so hard i swear you can feel the building shake and its not even doors of the building I stayed in. Had to stay for 3 days due to work commitments during the week and it seems like people dont understand that its not okay to stand in the parking lot and talk or yell at 10pm. Doesnt seem like the reception cares at all because when i mentioned it i was told "funny, i didnt hear anything". Aside from noise, its ok. pretty small but standard."

"The amenities are great and unlike any other in the Wantirna South vicinity. Also the quality of the apartments are of a high standard and I especially enjoyed using the quality appliances in the kitchen."
