"The service was terrible, probably one of the most painful hair dresser experiences I’ve ever had for a colour and trim. Constant pulling and tugging when putting the colour through and washing. Washing with cold water and no courtesy for water temperature. She just cut away my hair without checking in and seeing if the length and style was my preference until it was too late. When I told her I didn’t want it any shorter, she was in denial and told me she hadn’t cut my hair any shorter… it honestly seemed like they had a bad day and took it out on my experience."
