"Excellent experience. The room was super clean. The location was perfect as I only had to walk a few steps to where I had to go for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back if I get a chance. One extra star for 'Reet' at the front desk. She was amazingly helpful and even guided me to some of the nice places and restaurants near by. Bless Your Heart! See you guys soon."

"Everything was fine except the television reception. We changed rooms and reception was not much better. It is something that needs to be attended to as some times you just need to be able to sit back and relax."

"Having spent the past 3 months at Quest Narre Warren whilst we waited on repairs to our home after a car drove into our house, having to move our lives into an apartment wasn’t ideal for a family of 7. The set up and layout of the apartment however was perfect and allowed us to all be able to live comfortably, the location is perfect but more importantly, the entire staffing team from the manager, front desk, cleaners and maintenance team were all incredible to deal with and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Adele & Flo for everything you did for us. Your friendly faces each day made a tough circumstance feel like home.
