"I give 5 stars for location as it was one minute walk to my relative I was visiting. The bed looked lumpy but I found it quite comfortable,also it had pillows which were just right. Shower had almost instant hot water. Had an electric blanket which I didn't use, but nice to know it's there. It has some permanent residents, we had various characters pacing back and forth during the night. The unit was clean but was really let down by a very strong smell which was like what pubs and clubs used to be like, only worse. Old, run down and in need of a make over, or a rebuild."

"Terrible. My brother- and sister-in-law, and friend all gave scathing reports after staying here for one night each. Blood stains on sheets and lampshades, nail clippings on the carpet, showers didn’t work properly and unsecure doors. I also witnessed the same dodgy admin where the man at the front desk refused to honour the discount given by the online booking service that enabled the booking. He insisted that extra money be paid after the booking had already been accepted online. I flagged these concerns with local authorities and hope they rectify the concerns repeatedly described in the reviews."

"Probably the worse hotel I've every stayed at. The carpets were filthy. The room smelled like smoke. I booked through a booking site for two people (yes I had an email confirming this) and the owner said in very poor broken English that I owed additional money because there were two people staying. Even when I showed him my reservation details he then said he wanted to cancel my booking (even though I was pre-paid). When I said that I would call the police he just laughed then started abusing me and me to get out. I stayed calm then entire time. The showers were also filthy. The bed linen was obviously unwashed. I left without staying the night. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. Thoroughly awful."
