"i have called in february the dalal kassem salon and asked if it is safe to do nanoplasty while pregnant,lady on the phone said it is totally safe. went and did my hair and paid over 430$ for my hair whike every other salon is charging 250$ for the same treatment. My hair worked for only few weeks when i was promised 6 to 8 months guaranteed. i gave birth end of march and had to stay in hospital for a week and again because of an infection had to go back to hospital that is why i couldnt get back to them and complain about the hair. contacted the salon back in may and had to explain few times on the phone the issue until i spoke weeks later to the manager who asked me to come back so she can check my hair , but a mom of two who lives 45 to 50 minutes away i couldnt make it back as i dont have anyone to stay with my kids and i have been trying to contact the salon for the last few weeks it keeps ringing with no answer. i had to cut half my hair because of how frizzy and disgusting it was and 3 other hairdressers told me that the product used in my hair was very cheap. very disappointed and will never go back to this salon ever again. They should refung the full amount instead if offering to do it again as their product is not trusted."

"Worst experience ever I wish I had never gone there. Dont waist your time and money, they changed the price than what was quoted and each worker tell you something different. I paid over $500 for Nanoplasti that didn't work. I called and Went in after trying everything recommended. They reviewed her hair and we were told it didn't work, they will redo it. The lady recommended I not comeback in straight way and booked me in for over a month later. Told me it's better for the hair to not have it done so soon. Went in for the appointment, they lady wanted to charge $150. My daughter told her is was it was supposed to be free because the nanoplasti didn't work the first time. The lady they will only do the old section and not the regrowth ( which was like nothing much). But we would have to pay extra$150 for that. I tried to explain to the worker in charge (because Dalal was away). The situation telling her I would have not waited another entire month if I knew this was what was going to happen. That we never got the results we paid for initial and have only done what they told us to. She wasn't listening to anything I had to say accused me of swearing when I never did and hung up in my face. I asked her to call the owner and explain the situation because apparently they had just spoken to her before calling me. But she just refused. I am so disappointed and frustrated I feel like I have been ripped off. Never have I ever experienced service like this at any hairdresser. If I could give them no stars I would have. Save your self the headache and constantly being lied to. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"I visited Dalal Kassems salon on Tuesday this week. I booked in for a nanoplastia hair treatment. I was very sceptical as to whether or not I would see good results as I’ve previously had keratin and other relaxing treatments that I wasn’t happy with (at other salons). I’m SO pleased with my results! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted by the super friendly Ahlam. I was quoted fast and was made to feel so comfortable throughout my treatment, despite it being a SUPER busy day for them. Staff kept checking in with me and asking me if I needed anything as it was a bit of a time consuming treatment. Ayah and Barria mostly worked on my hair. They’re both so great and thorough at what they do. I did not feel like my treatment was rushed at all, a lot of care was taken. Ayah and Barria are so friendly and made the hours I spent there feel so fast. I’m so glad that I decided to try out this salon and will happily drive from a distance just to get my hair done here. Thank you so much for making me feel like myself again. You are all amazing at what you do and I wish you every success. ❤️"
