"One of the best places to stay when in Sydney. The apartments are super tidy and spacious. It's value for money and more. The staff is extremely helpful and super nice. Doviile is a great manager and looks after all your needs. We stayed for a 7 months and never faced any problems at all."

"Apartment has great facilities and is very comfortable, especially for the price. The lady at at reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - Unbeatable! It is close to Wynyard station: train lines, light rail & bus stations. Also it's just 5 minute walk to Pitt Street and 10-15 min to Circular Quay. I would highly recommend this place. Rated at 3 stars, it is definitely much nicer than 3 stars! However there is an issue with very sensitive smoke alarms and it goes off too often. Management / owner of the building: please rectify this issue. If the fire department is being called multiple times per week, there is clearly an issue. If management / owner sees this review and rectify the issue, please contact me and I will update the review to remove this feedback. Aside from this, I would highly recommend this place! I will be back when I'm in Sydney next."

"Totally excellent quality apartment at this price point. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Reception/management, Dovile, well she's also better than excellent. She is very friendly and helpful, very good communication. Wynyard station, Martin Place, QVB, and supermarkets very close by. I enjoyed my stay here, and this location, so much that I extended my stay until Dovile kicked me out due to unavailability ;-) However, having been invited back, I shall return....."

"Great value for money but rooms are very old, including all equipment. Balcony looked liked it had never been cleaned in years, though the rest of the place was fine. The exception was the bedroom which had an old musty smell from one side. TV is setup really stupidly, with 2 satellite channels (fox sports, discovery) and only half the local channels - digital or analogue tuning wont pick up anything else due to the way they have it setup. Finally beware if getting a rear facing room - all the rooms and therefore balconies overlook an alleyway and are 10m away from an office building. No privacy at all since people can look straight at you and into the apartment unless you draw the curtains! Also, this side is extremely noisy, with garbage trucks and street sweeping vehicles coming through at late night and early morning (1m) almost daily. The location is really great though! Trevor the building manager is a wonderful helpful guy."
