"Delighted with my experience with Nadine and Priscilla having a face-framing balayage done! I used a Groupon and for what’s been done it is great value and affordable for a new look. I was booked in for an appointment within a week, which I think is reasonable The salon was busy for a Thursday morning so the ladies need to swap in and out during the process, but that was no bother as they are well coordinated. They took the time to do the work carefully, and didn’t push more products or services like other places would - which I really appreciate. The appointment all up took around 2 hours, which is longer than I thought. But I was happy with the result. Thanks team :)"

"Why would you give me layers when I told you specifically I was happy to lose length! At any point did you ask if I wanted layers?? No you did not! I don’t need to understand the process! Like I said I am not even going to start on colour because you should be ashamed of the poor work you did! I have walked out with orange hair! Orange hair that has uneven layers! A 2 year old could cut better than you! Explain this? Explain to me why it looks like that? And how dare you take decisions about my hair cut for me!"

"Obviously the good reviews are fake created by Nadine! Went in wanting foils, booked a week in advance she had the audacity to say to me you have booked it for too late I cannot do it! Must’ve sensed my frustration because she then decided she will! My bad luck! I asked her for foils and a trim! I won’t even begin with the foils, but I did not go in with my hair looking like edwards scissor hands! After reading the reviews it’s evident that she is rather incompetent and does not know what a trim is! Look at the pic and tell me that is a freshly trimmed hair! If I don’t get a full refund I will be escalating this to the consumer affairs as you Nadine are incompetent! for taking money & not even doing half a job!"
