"Came rushing to Revesby as I found my capsule container did not have a venlafaxine. It is an emergency medication for me. I was 15 minutes away. Young male (pharmacist?) seemed insistent they would close at 1500 square and wasn't interested in helping. It would have cost him a few minutes to prepare the medication and standby for arrival. Probably wanted to go home and play his PS5. He was told the medication was needed as an emergency. He asked no questions and showed no interest. If you have no humanity or concern for others in this job, do not take this job. Also to Cincotta, do not employ these kids out of uni with book knowledge but no life experience/brain. Despicable."

"3:13 pm on the 19th of Oct To the blonde older woman behind the front counter. You should learn some manners and learn not to yell at customers. You are in contact with hundreds of people weekly working at the Chemist. I should be more concerned about you carrying the virus and spreading it. I work from home and am not in contact with many people outside of my household. I checked in and was wearing a mask and you had the hide to raise your voice at me. "Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Due to a medical issue I have I can not wear a mask. I was spoken to very rude, made me feel extremely uncomfortable while I was only trying to get medicine and be quick in and out of the store. I was polite the whole time whilst they continued to be rude to me. I have a medical condition I cannot change and I have been attacked and called a liar. Disgusting and disrespectful. You should never make another person feel less of a person for something they cannot help."
"I love this place and have always gone there for any chemist needs. The staff are incredibly lovely and wonderful! However the same can't be said about the tyrannical manager/ owner of the place who appeared out of nowhere today accusing myself and my friend of shoplifting when we clearly had a handful of items ready to be purchased. We tried to have a level headed conversation with her about our intentions to purchase the goods we were holding, and questioned her about why she would assume we were trying to shop lift when we had been in the same spot for about 10 minutes genuinely browsing the skin care lines (something that takes a thorough look) The wonderful staff stepped in to help the situation, however i will not be returning after the awful position i was put in by this Woman on a mission."
