"I went here a few times and had a good experience. However, last week, when I went for a quick trim, I was with a different hairdresser. I requested just a small trim at the back and a layer on the sides & bangs; that's all. But she just layered and thinned out all my hair. I suspect there was a language barrier there, and she did not understand my request. Sometime more does not mean better. I used to have long & thick hair, but now it's so choppy and very thin. A bit sad considering it took so long to grow out my hair. So I don't think I will be coming here again. Thanks."
