"worst experience. #money-minded#unprofessional. Told them to do a hairstyle which can be only done by a curler and also told them I have just washed my hair twice before coming to the salon and yet the girl with tattoos told me that the price will remain the same with or without hair wash which was $65 for hair wash, cutting and blow drying I suppose cause my other friend paid $55 for the same . But still I agreed to pay that much amount for just a hairstyle thinking that at least she will use a curler and then she asked another staff member to do my hair and told her to do a Quick BLOWDRY and when I showed her the picture of the hairstyle I wanted she said that she can’t do that and the girl with the tattoos gave her a look probably thinking like why she said that in front of me and then she said it’s alright, I’ll do it . She just gave me a simple blowdry curls and did not use any serum or any setting spray to make them stay for atleast half of the day. I was just looking at their faces and paid $65 for just a blowdry and went home. It was just waste of money and time as my hair didn’t even stayed like that for more than 2 hours. Never Going Back There Again."

"Got there at 12.30pm, they made me seat in the corner and when I asked how long is the wait, the man said “not too long”. At 1.30pm I got up and went to the toilet and when I got back the lady with the red hair was cutting the little girl’s hair sitting beside me who just walked in with her mother. Turns out the hairdresser and the mother knew each other (they were saying their “goodbyes, see ya later” outside the salon). Then she just walked past me and went to the other lady to blow dry her hair - however this customer was already being looked after by another hairdresser. Was still waiting for someone to tell me how much longer I need to wait but no one had the courtesy to do so. By 1.50pm I was out of there, Im sure no one noticed my disappearance, my business must not important to them. Very poor customer service."

"Went in for a wash and dry prepared to pay around $50 since I have long extensions which I let them know before they started. the girl washing my hair said she has extensions aswell so I assumed they would know how to handle them yet when it came time to brush I had 2 girls on either side pulling and brushing from the roots, I parted my own hair twice and they still continued to brush it the opposite way now I have hair standing up when I part it right and I was also told it was done yet I left with still wet hair that will now take hours to dry and be a frizzy mess! The girl that did my hair had keys in her hand ready to leave before I had even paid.. I would have appreciated it more if they where honest and said they either don’t have time or don’t know how to wash extensions. I guess you get what you pay for and cheap is definitely not the best"

"Utterly disgusted with this Hair Salon. Firstly, I told them what hair color I wanted which was a light caramel color with half head foils & completely got the opposite! It turned out orange/red and THEY blamed my hair for being "too dark" as to why it turned out that way. It wasn't even blended properly, a very poor job to start with. I was completely traumatised on how bad it looked not on myself but the color itself. I left the salon upset and embarrassed. Then came back 15 minutes later, still upset, with my mother and asked them to fix my hair to what I asked and paid for. As I returned one of the staff ladies had told my mother that "it would turn out orange" but the lady never told me what she had told my mother! Once we were in the salon again, the lady asked me "Why are you crying?" and I replied "Because my hair is ugly and not what I asked for”. The lady told me to stop crying. I was clearly upset and she had the audacity to speak to me like that. They then proceeded to tone it so it didn't look as orange anymore. As the lady was re-doing my hair, she asked me what my star sign was and if I was a Cancer because I was being so "sensitive" ??? That question was very unacceptable coming from the people who are supposed to reach the customers expectations. All in all, terrible staff, disgusting customer service, if you want to be judged and offended then they are the perfect people to do so. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!"

"Got hair cut today waited over an hr after being told 30mim wait then got quoted $25 for a cut, said how much I wanted off and then said oh its going to be $30 fine. All went ok until I got home and noticed it was uneven cut and more was taken off than I had said. Won't be going back here again and sent all the people I know going there else where. Mind you there was 5 or so other staff there just walking around and letting people who wanted haircuts wait over an hr for the one lady to do them all."
