"Unprofessional. Serious mismanagement of time and appointments. Notifying that customers would be charged extra if late to the appointment and they take 4 hrs for grooming of small dog which would've been done in 90mins max. Careless handling of dog. Zero passion for the job. I'll never go here again."

Product range I feel is more on the premium end with prices to reflect but they do have some goos sales throughout the year. Easy VIP sign-up gets you 10% off. Stocking more budget-friendly options in things like the dog snack range would get 5 stars from us."
"I was looking to get a car pre inspection done on a car, and Brent went out of his way and organised the appointment with the dealership. I didn't have to do anything. During the inspection, he updated me with photos and comments. He was so thorough with the inspection that even the dealership owner mentioned how impressed he was with Brent. Needless to say I bought the car and loving it. That's why I give him 5 stars. Highly recommend Brent and his service. You won't be disappointed."
"* DISGUSTING STAFF BEHAVIOUR * My mum purchased a dog collar from this store today and misplaced the collar as she was loading the boot of her car. She realised that the collar wasn't there and called up Best Friends to see if anyone had handed the collar in or seen it anywhere. On the phone, the worker my mum spoke with was polite but as he was telling her he couldn't find the collar, she overhead a coworker say very clearly "what kind of loser loses a collar." No customer should be spoken to like that over the phone and after my mum confronted the person on the phone about it, he completely avoided the point and did not even have the decency to apologise. Just completely disgusting and immature behaviour from the staff."
"Great pet store with a large range of products for all sorts of pets. Dog toys were quite expensive but we visited the store when they were having an opening day event. We received a free engraved dog tag and a showbag with dog treats. Staff are very friendly and encourage pets in the store. My chihuahua had a great time!"
