They produce a high quality product, get the work done quickly and then install at your convenience. I got the deluxe with a tunnel, two timber steps, a combo hammock/step platform and a tarp cover for some extra shade. My two cats are absolutely obsessed! "Exceptional product and installation of what must be the world’s best cat enclosure. Alex came to the house in person to discuss what I was looking for, measure the yard and access point and provide a quote. The enclosure was built and installed within a week. It looks fabulous, is painted to compliment the house, and looks as though it has always been there. I opted for a tall enclosure around the window which is the cat’s access point, and a cat tower a few metres away, with a high tunnel between the two so we can pass underneath. The steps and hammocks are well made and the whole structure looks wonderful. I’m very impressed with this company and their work, and Alex couldn’t have been easier to deal with. The cats are super happy with their enclosure too and they love nipping back and forth on the high walkway. I recommend Betta Pet Systems to any cat owner. The cat enclosures are also a good choice for renters, since the installation doesn’t require digging in posts or major alterations of any kind, and can be removed and transported on vacating a property.
