"I adore Beauty & Bronze, but most special to me is Steph. I am lucky enough to have been Steph’s client for over 6 years. It has been amazing to watch and see her grow with all her skills and services.The salon is beautiful, the entire team is supported to learn and grow their skill sets which is extra special. After 6 amazing years of brow tint and waxing I was lucky enough to be one of Steph’s first combination brow tattoos. I could not recommend Steph or any of the lovely team at beauty and bronze highly enough. I love my new brows - and highly recommend brow tattooing … however I am sad it means I can’t see Steph every 6weeks... Thankfully I love it so much I can still visit the salon often for my lash lifts, waxing and tanning. Love love LOVE"

"Upon reading reviews of this Salon, I telephoned and made an appointment for a Lash Lift and Tint with 'Chelsea' one of the owners of this Salon. I was informed that Chelsea was away, and I made my appointment for her 'first day' back at work, which was 10 days away. The 10 day wait was fine with me, as I particularly wanted my appointment with Chelsea. On my appointment day, I was ushered into a room and the staff member introduced herself. It was a lovely girl called Hayley. I said to Hayley that I had booked my appointment with Chelsea. Hayley went and checked in the 'book' and returned and told me that I was definitely booked in with her, and that I must have booked the wrong room when booking. I told her that I phoned my booking in and the mistake seemed to be at their end. Hayley then went into the next room, where Chelsea had a client, and spoke briefly with her, came back to me and said that unfortunately Chelsea had a client and that I could go ahead with herself or book another time with Chelsea. I decided to go ahead with Hayley, as I had waited 10 days for the appointment anyway. Hayley was gentle and sweet, but unfortunately, it has not been the best lash lift and tint. The colour of the tint disappearing within days, and even though the lashes are lifted somewhat, the eyelashes do not appear that different. The most disappointing part of my visit to this Salon is that the Owner, did not see fit to excuse herself from her client, and walk a few steps into my treatment room, and apologise for their mistake. I would have thought that this would have been appropriate in the circumstances. It appears that booking online and telephone bookings in this Salon are not checked, hence my appointment mistake. No follow up telephone call even. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will look elsewhere for my Lash Lift & Tints now."

The therapists are polite and very considerate in case of any medical situations too.
