"I’ve had my cat in twice with Nose and the team have been so good with him. He is a 7 year old ragdoll and often gets a few mattes in his coat. The first time we opted for a lion shave and whilst it wasn’t the most enjoyable experience the team soothed him and got him through the process with the end result being perfect. Recently we went back for a tidy up and the team managed to trim him up, wash and dry him. He was okay through this process with the exception of the noise from the drier. Cannot highly recommend enough, the wonderful friendly and efficient team."

"The clerk is a very knowledgeable person about making contact with small animals, and in the short time I spent with him, I could see and feel that the clerk boy would make my cat trust him with eye contact and the way the animals looked at each other! That convinced me! Because I saw his eyes, looking at the cats not only with intention, but also with strong love and concern. I don't know anything about this store clerk, but I put my most important family member in his hands! It was because his eyes and the way he communicated with the animals made me feel his warmth and love for animals ❤️ I felt he had a gift for communicating and interacting with them! I can tell he prefers to talk to animals and be friends rather than humans! Of course this is a joke! But you can also tell! Sending cats to people like this! It's an incredibly wise choice! Not only loving but also professional and attentive! Perfect!"

"Took a rescue cat for a groom and bath. They were very patient and gentle and ensured it was a good experience with him. The grooming was excellent and he looks like a different cat (he was pretty filthy after living on the street). Will be back here again!"

"These guys do such a great job. I've taken my pup to a couple of other groomers before I found Nose and they just don't compare. My pup always looks immaculate when I collect her. They are also very easy to contact with any changes to appointments or cancellations; they will send you text message reminders before appointments and reply quickly if you communicate by email or text message. This makes things very easy, especially if you have a very busy work schedule."
