"I could not recommend this clinic enough! From the very beginning Jess and her team were so professional and made me feel so relaxed. I chose to have the Urban Retreat package with Shannon. She was so lovely and welcoming and she explained the whole treatment when I arrived and made me feel relaxed from the very beginning. I had a foot massage, deep tissue massage with hot stones followed by a facial. Shannon accommodated to my body type so well and made sure she really focused on my areas of tension on my back as requested. I have had many massages in the past but even when you request for harder pressure on the back or to focus on particular areas on the body I feel like a lot of people do not deliver and just apply a one size fits all method. However, Shannon was the opposite. She was so professional and made the whole package personal to me and I could not recommend her more! I felt so relaxed throughout. The clinic, the staff, the massage room, even the music was so great. You really get your moneys worth at this beautiful retreat.
