"Very dirty. Mould growing in the bathroom, other people snot was left on the towel rails, dust everywhere, towels were stained. When we went to spoke to the owner he was extremely rude and came to look at the room. Told us that it was as clean as they could get it. We asked for a refund and he told us we were unreasonable and he didn’t want us there anyway. Do your self a favour and keep away from this place!!!"
"This place we visited due church function but I was already aware of the review from other sites. They have a big place here but definitely would not stay here. After witnessing rooms n facilities it definitely looks like its been neglected. I wont say much more beside for u to look at other reviews before booking. At one stage we had a function room hired n we had a lot of kids in the room to only find a big python snake among the chair stacks, it was after my son accidentally made the chairs fall down to reveal a big snake inside. Obviously I have in my mind to get all kids to safety away from the snake. It was over 2 metres long. I believe it was a diamond python which is not poisonous but can still leave a nasty bite. Not sure what the owner has done to the snake after all I know he didn't have enough staff members to sort it out n he was hoping the people that stayed in the hotel can help him. Certainly I would not bring my kids back to this place."
"I usually don’t leave reviews as i don’t want to be a Karen but god, upon entry room smelled disgusting, went out for an hour after making sure all the doors were closed and locked and came back to cockroaches swarmed everywhere. 4 of us combined killed about 40-50 cockroaches. There is litter and dirt between the crevices of the cabinets and when we arrived and opened the cabinet next to the fridge a swarm of cockroaches came out. This place is absolutely disgusting please save yourself the money. I’d rather sleep on the street then in this hotel again."
"Stayed here 4 years ago and wasn’t too bad thought will go back again and shouldn’t have! Waited at reception for 15mins with other guests before someone showed up to check us in, staff were just outside appeared to be having a sit down meeting, they could see us waiting but ignored until they were ready. I even called the hotel number to try to locate someone else to check us in, then they finally walked over to attend to us. They claimed my gov voucher over the phone when booking prior to arrival then they tried to charge me the full amount when we arrived. Room smelt bad as soon as you opened the door, tv didn’t work at first, balcony privacy separator was see-through on one side and doesn’t even have proper coverage from rain. curtains don’t block out morning light or the balcony light that you can’t turn off. You can hear the main road, the fridge must have been unplugged as there was water all underneath and inside. Milk pods were over 6 months EXPIRED, how!?. One teaspoon and the coffee mugs were kept in the fridge so they were cold? Mattress was the WORST I have ever seen, completely sunken in the middle and base legs snapped. Did not sleep at all. No one at reception at check out to complain too. Never going back, may be cheaper than other hotels but it’s not even worth this price!"
"Rooms very unclean. bottle caps and batteries found in plain site, coffee cups obviously washed out in basin, but then coffee marks all over the basin (obviously not cleaned at all). One white coffee cup completely orange on the inside. Mirrors look like they have never been cleaned. The cleaner came and fixed some of these issues when asked but cabin still remained very unclean and smelly. Stupidly looked under the beds, used dirty ear buds, a pair of shoes that weren’t ours, used toothbrush and several other items. Beds and pillows so bad that days after leaving I am still trying to work off a migraine. Having worked in the industry, I would be ashamed to be associated with this place. Especially sad as it has the bones to be a lovely place if it were maintained and cleaned properly. Worst place I have ever stayed at."
