"After having tried the food at domino’s south Melbourne and being pleasantly surprised, I decided to try what Flinders had to offer, once again, very impressed. I went to get another Friday night pizza in the store, where it was very busy as is expected. Despite the atmosphere being quite electric, the manager Scott was very polite and engaged in conversation with me even when he had lots on his plate, I once again got my favourite, Supreme, and the quality was once again surprisingly good. I hear a lot of others experiences aren’t so pleasant but I have absolutely no complaints of my experience at Flinders Domino’s."
"Ordered pizza at 3:45 PM , order says delivered at 4. We never got the order. Called up the store and the store says the pizza is a few mins away. Made two more calls after half hr and same response. They finally let us know that the pizza was delivered to some other customer and blamed us for giving the wrong contact number whereas I can see on the order confirmation email that all the details provided were correct. I can understand a mistake being made, but the sheer audacity to be so rude and blaming us for their mistake is despicable. Never ordering from them again."
"Got a voucher for 3 LARGE pizzas, 2 sides (went with garlic bread) and a bottle of Pepsi. Good job I ordered 3 because "large" is barely a medium sized pizza. Seriously? So if you had this "large" pizza on its own you would be starving. Now I'm told if I want a large pizza I have to order extra large...ridiculous. A large pizza is a large Pizza enough to share with a family. This is a medium pizza and the dough is tasteless, watery and clearly having ingredients saved on it. The pizza is also not thick enough. Don't bother people waste of money."
"Staff was friendly and helpful. The deals make it a bit better, but pretty much any change is an extra charge. Coming from the US, it does taste a bit different from our Dominos chains there. And the sizes are much smaller than the US. Good cheap pizza for an easy meal in."
