"Ordered food for the family as had a busy work day and afternoon! No other cars in drive through but still had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting bay to receive only half my order which was all cold and told to go back through drive through to collect the rest as they had made an error. No compensation was provided hence the cold food and lengthy wait time and a mix up! we also spent $80 Staff and Manager rude and most unhelpful. Burgers are much smaller in size now a fillet o fish looks like a slider! Never again worst experience ever trying to make an already long day, just easy"

"Very clean, fresh design. Staff are unbelievably friendly and give genuinely good service. They even offered to lend a charger for my phone when I asked if there were any charging facilities, unfortunately there are no powerpoints, so after buying just a coffee I went to Spring Farm, but such a great Maccas store."

"How hard is it to get a large Big Mac meal correct. The worst McDonald’s I have very been too. Half filled large chips, and a 6 pack of nuggets with a half full coke. Yeah, at least I said half full. Get your act together McDonald’s"

"Absolutely disgusted. Ordered meat only hamburger for the missus and a triple cheeseburger meal with a chocolate shake for myself. I had to repeat myself 4 times with a raised voice before the coworker (who was busy looking at her phone and chatting to her co workers) had got our order down correctly. The hamburger has a sticker on the wrapping that clearly states meat only on it and yet it came with pickles, onions, sauce. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time they have done this. As for my order the chocolate shake was watery and very runny when it’s a thick shake, it’s supposed to be richer and thicker. Saving the worst for the last: the triple cheeseburger; it had paper rubbish sitting on the meat as well as a thick strand of cat-like grey fur sitting in the cheese. The food was all cold and they made us wait 15 minutes when we were the only ones in the queue. Just outright pathetic. Do yourself a favour and do not eat here."

"Food 3/5 nuggets and chips where okay, burger was assembled by throwing the ingredients from one end of the room and hoping for the best. Service 0/5 now I understand that they team here are young and most of the time do not care about service, the self serve units being the only way to order and overall chaos in the back, it isn't the staffs fault. It's clear the in store experience is for efficient and sterile for all McDonald's. Store cleanliness -10/5 This may tie into either a lack of care or understaffing issue. Not an attack on the team, just and observation. While I was in this establishment there was a high volume of litter on the ground. One area was covered in sand? The bathroom was useable. Thursday at 4.30pm 8/12/22 I would suggest that the team are supported more as the young team can only do so much."
