"Highly recommend the 2-bdrm serviced apartment. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment, and its location is a very short and accessible walk to Terrigal Esplanade and Terrigal Beach and 20min drive out to Gosford CBD and Central Coast surrounds. Would happily stay there again."

"Rooms are quite comfortable and it’s a great location . Perfect for a short stay, however I stayed 4 weeks whilst working in Gosford and as far as serviced apartments it was very inconsistent. I was told fresh bed clothes every 4 days … after 10 days I had to ask for this to be done and in the end I had fresh bed clothes twice in 25 nights . My room would be serviced but my garbage wasn’t emptied for 4 days . Other times the garbage was emptied but the last 3 days of my stay my bed wasn’t made and I had no fresh towels left . Being away from home and working 10-11 hour days my company pay for serviced apartments for a reason …. For that reason was disappointing"

"Location was good - walking distance but quiet area Check in - I never received the SMS message, however the phone at the entrance - was an alternative to access key. Building is outdated, room clean. Bed was comfortable. “Breakfast provided” - very basic. Toilet blocked (after hours) called after manager “Will-organised for someone to come and fix” no one turned up. No suggestion of alternative toilet. Eventually used public toilet in Terrigal. Management when I checked out did apologise."

"We enjoyed it here,after checkout,we were going to enother hotel, we cancelled it and came back to Sails.The Rooms are full equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.Beds comfortable and rooms is spacious. The location is superb, only a few metres from the beach and cafes,restaurants. Very clean. A great Credit to the management. We hope to return oneday."

"This was a great location - easy walking distance to the centre of Terrigal. The rooms were clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Honestly the service desk was not manned very often even over the weekend but their after hours check in was great - they had a phone to on-site manager and I didn't really require assistance during the stay so the scarcity of reception didn't make a difference to a lovely stay. I would recommend."
