"Their delivery drivers + riders are nuts. It's only a matter of time before they cause an accident. The drivers speed through carparks and populated areas and always tailgating other road users."
"My whole family loves their pizza. I worked with dominoes Mordialloc for only one day and that one day was 6 months ago. That one day I had fun that I was so excited to come back to work for them. But that never happened. I sent a message to the manager and he said he will get back to me soon. That soon never happened instead he fired me without telling me on messages. I am never working for that business again even if they ask me to come back for them as I gave them ample of chances and times and still nothing. I am very disappointed. But on the other hand I will still buy pizza from them but not work for them."
"Go elsewhere don't know how to read a docket to make the correct pizza. The first pizza was delivered with anchovies when asked for them to be removed and add garlic. The second pizza is the replacement, the lot. Its missing the cherry ham. Rang up and advised the second pizza was incorrect and the manager was so rude saying we weren't getting a replacement, said I didn't want one come pick up your pizza. Incompetent staff and a manager that needs some customer service skills."
"The pizzas were delivered cold. Delivery took 4 times longer than the estimated time. The pizzas were somehow overcooked on top but soggy throughout at the same time. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh. We’ve had Domino’s pizzas from numerous other locations and have always been satisfied — unfortunately this was an extremely disappointing experience at the Mordialloc restaurant. Not sure we’ll give it another try."
"Pizza was really good and I appreciated their vegan options! The base we got was really nice and fluffy. We went just before 10 so it was a little quiet but the staff were still helpful (we ate in so cheekily asked if they had any cups for the large soft drink we got)."
