"Half my meal was burnt, half the pizza, half the garlic bread and half the Dutch pancakes burnt, the pizza was extremely light on the toppings. Not a great atmosphere when the staff are yelling at each other behind the counter. I'll excuse the length of time to make my order, as they wanted to get the order of the junkies who ordered after me out first and out of the shop, that is understandable."
"I ordered through Ubereats as I love Dominoes vegetarian pizza options. The ubereats app told me it was on the way, but after an hour of seeing this message I called the store. It was a Friday lunchtime around 2pm, so I can't imagine it was that busy. The server put me on hold twice without saying anything to me and then hung up both times. I don't believe they had any intention of making my order. When I canceled through Uber, they told me Dominoes uses their own drivers. I think their staff need some training on customer service. They will not sell many pizzas and will lose customers using this method."

"Ordered pizza through the domino’s app and unfortunately had one pizza not correct upon delivery, after waiting 1-2 minutes on the phone spoke with a lovely team member who was able to resolve the issue and able to get the correct pizza sent out :) Thank you so much to that lovely team member who resolved the issue quickly! Pizza is always great here and well priced, as well as always arrives hot!"
