I am from the US and initially found it difficult to find a salon that compared to those in the states, but Glee Beauty has far exceeded my expectations. Chi's (and her new assistant's) attention to detail and consistency is remarkable. I highly recommend them!"

"Disgusting service. Chi is always either complaining, not managing her time or being rude. After coming to see the owner every single week, always smiling and asking about her family and always giving her positive feedback and tips, I’ve been shocked that a person could be so bitter towards me, constantly make hurtful comments about my appearance and invasive questions about my health. I am a long-term customer and kept going back in hopes her attitude would change but it only got worse as did her service where she took hours to do a job that once took her 30 minutes. She became careless and treated me terribly. Absolutely disgusting and sad. Do not recommend this salon to anyone."

"My first experience here was not a very pleasant one. They were running over 45 minutes late and Chi’s assistant was not very professional. While buffing our nails she grazed our skin more than once. Secondly, I requested a French and manicure with tips and I was not provided a manicure, as they were running late they just asked me to wash my hands and then cut the dead skin around cuticles. Despite the delays, I was patient however the actual quality of the sns was horrible. There was a bump in every nail. After all this I was charged $70. When I refused to pay this amount due to poor quality there was no apology issued and I was instead asked to come back on another day to get everything redone. In saying all this, my second visit was a way more positive experience with Chi herself tending to everything and taking meticulous time to do it perfectly. It shouldn’t take someone having to complain to receive decent quality service. I would not recommend going here based on value for money. I was struggling to find any here."

"She so precious with her work I love it. I have gave up nail salon in the past from inconsistent service. I'm not mad about nails thing but is this my therapy. Now I feel like her service it worth every penny if not more. She lovely, friendly and funny. You don't mind paying top $ for her kind of works. Definitely be and and probably tell other too."
