"Order an orange juice and they bring a box juice and a glass to your table!? And it was a funky tasting box juice. Didnt receive the fish cakes we asked for. Both the stir fry and curry we ordered were barely room temperature. No noodles or extra rice was offered as an up sell (how are we supposed to know nothing comes with noodles?). When we asked food to be boxed so we could heat it up at home, we then had to put food in the containers ourselves!!? So we have to pour our own juice, heat our own food, and transfer the food into takeaway containers. I wasnt aware it was a self serve restaurant. Disgusting experience."

"The food is generally okay. It’s not going to win any awards but is not bad. The frustrating thing is takeaway times are quoted as 25 - 40 mins and consistently every time it’s been an hour minimum, usually average is 1 - 1.5hrs. The longest I’ve had is over 2 hours after being told 40 mins. That’s a long time standing around a restaurant being told your food should be ready soon. It’s annoying because it’s every single time (not a rare occurrence). It’s at the point where we just don’t bother anymore."

"When ordering our take away meals I mentioned more than once what I would like. The person read my order back to me. When picking up my order the food was not what I had ordered. They offered to give me a credit for the full amount which I agreed to. But when calling and ordering the following week they refused to give me the credit and only offered 1/4 of the credit. This restaurant is dodgy. Their eftpos machine is often down so people have to pay cash. I wonder why that is?? And it appears they have under aged staff working and serving alcohol. Very disappointed!!!"

"Service slow Food mediocre and my dish was cold, uncooked raw veg was cold as well. Was also missing prawns I ordered with it. Here’s a tip management, don’t have 2 12 or 13 year old girls running the dining section alone. Not once did an adult come out to ensure everything was ok. The young girls shouldn’t be serving alcohol I would have thought. Not a good dining experience at all. Good luck if you’re going to try this joint"
