"Went into Petbarn at Narrabeen today to buy a couple aquarium supplies. I was helped out by an extremely knowledgeable young lady named Hailey. The customer service was outstanding!!!! She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and assist me. Petbarn, you have one of the best employees that has provided me with the best customer service I have experienced!! Highly recommend!!"

"This store seems to always shut its dog wash super early. Having worked at and visited PetBarn Belrose, this store is really inadequate in comparison. - They seem to only ever have 1 dog wash working and close it over an hour early, when Belrose we would close to 30 mins to close and even then sometimes let people in after that as they generally only take 5-10 mins to clean and we had 2, they only have one - They never have any samples, treats or anything like Belrose, every dog that would take one got a treat at Belrose, no treats here, no samples, not even dry food cups?? I remember having an abundance of them at Belrose and still visiting there as a customer there is a lot - Their stock seems to be all over the place and inaccurate, the staff also don’t really check price matching or your discounts on your profile like Belrose and Brookvale do, without you even asking - Their checkout machines, although newer than Belrose, don’t show your items on the customer side, you can’t see the items scanned and prices and discounts and etc, which is easily fixable if the staff run the dual screen transaction software on the desktop but sadly don’t. I feel like this store has a lack of love and care that a lot of the other stores have built into their culture and it’s sad to see as an ex employee. It seems the staff won’t take notice of you either or help until you’re at the counter, when I know in the training that you are supposed to welcome and check on a customer within 30s of them entering the store. Hopefully this place can improve"

"Great staff at Pet Barn. And our boy loves the din dins there as it reduces his farting, which was a problem with other brands of din dins. In fairness, breathing makes him fart. The bath at Pet Barn is fun!"
