"Very slow delivery, I paid extra for express postage but it took 9 days to arrive. Simply not good enough. Have ordered the same item from other businesses in the past and they have arrived in less than half the time."

"It was a very unpleasant experience dealing with their service. There have been a number of times when I have received orders with missing items. However, I understand that sometimes the warehouse is busy and this could occur. The problem is that the after-sales customer service process is extremely frustrating. We almost feel as though the missing item is our responsibility. It seems as if we are lying to them. Customer service is ridiculously poor and messy. As of today, I have still not received all of my products despite two weeks of back and forth correspondence with them. I have not heard back from their customer service department since our last conversation. Apparently, they intend to ignore my issue until I give up on pursuing it. I was a bit reluctant purchasing my preferred dry cat food from Petso as I've never heard of this store before and the bag of food was considerably cheaper than in any other brick'n'mortar and online store. However, it was out of stock elsewhere, including well established stores like Pet Stock, Pet Circle, My Pet Warehouse and similar. To my surprise, the order was easy to make and it arrived quickly (ordered on Easter Monday evening and delivered Thursday morning). I received timely order updates and order tracking information.
