"Visited 22/10/22. Very pleasant staff, beautiful product range and nice cup of tea gets the 2 stars. Service was friendly but the end result disappointing and below average at best for higher than usual price. Shampoo and condition was a 1-2 minute rinse at best, no treatment and while I agree my hair is more manageable it is because not much is left of it. I was not expecting it to be heavily hacked into with thinning shears to loose the bulk or create shape??? only to be finished off with scissors (about 1 minute trim). What was complemented by the stylist before commencing as healthy thick hair is now frizzy, brittle thin and mis-shaped strands. I understand thick hair takes time but would have preferred paying for a more professional cutting method. Lucky bad haircuts grow out, the hair may repair with good products and the cut could be partially corrected elsewhere in the meantime."
"Horrible 'hair cut' which took her all of 30 secs. Had a colour and she then lightly sprayed my hair and said I was good to go home. No cut AFTER colour, not even a comb thru my hair. Overcharged! Ripped off!"
"Had my hair cut by Meenu who was so lovely! I called in super last minute and she had space for me, we had a really nice chat while she did my hair. I showed some reference photos and she gave me exactly what I asked for, while taking into account that I'm currently growing out an undercut. Price was excellent too! Will definitely be going back next time I need my hair done! EDIT: Went back and had a cut and wash. Somehow the price jumped from $30 for a haircut to $90 for a cut and wash. Hair stylist tried to pressure me into buying hair oil that was $60, even after I told her I didn't like using hair oils because my hair is oily so I don't want to encourage it. I had the same stylist as last time, Meenu. She was great the last time I went but after this visit, I won't be going back. She cut my hair really well, but the price jump and trying to pressure me into buying a product I openly said I really didn't like is a big no from me."
"I have regular keratin treatments and blow drying done by Meenu and her staff. They are all very professional and I have loved the feel and condition of my hair since my first visit several years ago. There is always a happy vibe in the salon and nothing is too much trouble."

She knows what I like and when I am in a rut she offers new suggestions for a new look. I love that I can walk in and can still get my hair done. I love the way my hair feels after the treatments and my blow waves last a week. Her salon only carries the best products and she is very knowledgeable with all of them. Her prices are very reasonable. Her salon is always clean and her staff always greet you with a smile. A real gem of a salon in Cronulla. A+++"
