Pizza Hut Surry Hills 450 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, New South Wales 2010

"Ordered 4 pizzas and 4 sides yesterday. Took over an hour for pizza to arrive. When I called they kept saying it's almost there. By the time the order arrived it was all cold. I had a look at the pizza hut website and it says the pizza boxes have a "hot" sticker which indicates food is still hot when it arrives, that sticker wasn't on the box (I can see why it would have been removed). I called the restaurant and asked to speak to someone regarding this, they took my number down and didn't call back."

"We ordered pizza hut from uber today and somehow the delivery guy from pizza hut delivered our food. We didn’t get any clear track notification from the apps and only phone calls from the delivery guy since it is not delivered by uber driver, so there was some miscommunication there. However, your delivery guys makes it like it was our fault that he waited so long, Im fine if he was asking us nicely or at least talk to us clearly on phone that he has arrived (1st 14 seconds of unclear call, all we heard “you ordered pizza hut?”) and he quoted after we went down “took you so long” with that gangster kinda attitude. Not even a single thank you or smile and just staring at us while giving out the food. I would have said sorry even though it was not our fault since there was no notification from uber. I appreciate his effort for delivering the food, but not that attitude tho, it’s delivering job..it ain’t that hard..i work as uber food deliverer as well..waiting for 5 mins is not a big deal my friend."

"I accidentally orderd pizza from here when I got back to my state, didn't change the state I was in. When I rang the store they said that's fine we have cancelled the order and just send us an email for refund. Well I did that and didn't hear from them for 4 days so rang customer complaints. No one could ever get a hold of the manger I tried to get my refund for 3 weeks as they kept making excuses why they can't refund. After 3 weeks they said the money would go into my account in 2 days well that was over a week ago. I'm not surprised that they didn't do it, I've already rung 7 times to chase up this issue and I guess they won, because I can't be bothered to waste my time on chasing it up anymore!! Everytime I do I'm on the phone for half an hour to an hour for nothing to happen. Will never be buying from pizaa hut again, so many better pizza places out there."

"Got served by MWita on my receipt she was very welcoming and took great care and always smiling. I would love to come back and the food was delicious and served fast and nothing was a problem. I think she deserves the recognition for outstanding service."

"We got pizza from here last month and there was barely any topping especially meat and the classic crust tasted like they had changed it was very dry almost burnt looking. We thought we would try them again this week but I got the thick crust in stead, this time there was slightly more ingredients mostly onion and sauce but the crust was terrible again. I’m not sure if Pizza Hut has changed all of their bases/crusts or it is just this shop but we will not be getting it again if that is how it is now. Always arrived on time usually around 20min wait Uber eats which is good but can’t make up for poor quality."
