"I read previous reviews and had to try it out. Five of us had lunch and were pleasantly surprised. From the old world charm of the building, the welcoming banter of the locals in the front bar, the friendly staff, the delicious food (we had the Fig/Goats cheese/Prosciutto/Rocket salad as a starter, &3 Pizzas!) and ice cold beer, we couldn't fault a thing.We'll definitely be back."
"The most underrated pub feed in the Hunter Valley! Absolutely every meal is so delicious, fresh and made using quality produce, even the sauce is handmade instead of the usual store-bought stuff. I highly recommend the pull pork burger and the rib & wings..... Can't go past this place for their warm country hospitality, friendly service and great prices. This is definitely a hidden gem waiting to be discovered."
