"My dad got my lovely dog here . When he got him home he was scared as hell and he still scared of me for no reason !! I believe they mistreated him and maybe hurt him !!!! He already has anxiety and now you made it worse !! Freak your service you should be nice with them not abusing them or hurting them !!!"
"My dog is a regular there and I love how I don’t need to give much notice and he can stay while I run errands for a little longer! Easy going staff and my dog never comes home in distress!"
"I am absolutely heartbroken to see the state of my cat after she was groomed here. This was my and my cat’s grooming experience, and the handoff seemed fine. I let the staff know that this was her first time and that she was quite nervous and handed the staff treats to feed her throughout the groom. I asked for a wash and trim. When we picked her up the staff handed back the treats, which we were surprised by since we thought this would help soothe her during the process. We asked how her temperament was during the time and the staff apathetically said she was “fine”. When she came back home her claws were bleeding, she seemed terrified, she definitely was not fine. She also has a hard scratch on her head that she definitely did not have prior to the groom. Now I am stuck having to work on my cat’s trauma and build up her trust again over time. I’m so heartbroken and disappointed at the poor care that the groomers have given my cat. I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets and their emotional well-being."
