"80 minutes delivery, was quoted 30. but after 40 minutes I called them and asked where it was, they said 4 minutes away. 20 minutes of standing out front in the cold I called again, they said they were leaving now... So I waited outside again for the delivery from the restaurant 3 minutes from my house, another 20 minutes pass and finally it arrives. It wasn't terrible but the service was. Manager was very dismissive. Couldn't be that busy on a Thursday at 5.40 pm could it?"
"Waited a 100mins for a Luke warm pizza that was thrown together. I would have driven to pick it up if someone had contacted me as I worked a 12 hour day and was exhausted and starving. Not very happy and will not order from there again."
"Edited_*_ This place is a joke and a complete waste of money. Order Dominos, at least you will get what you pay for! Turns out they missed the Greek salad that was ordered and the image below is the side salad for the $21.90 Lasagna (literally one square slice that didn’t even fit to the edge of a plastic take away container)! So even though I called about the Greek salad moments after the pizza arrived and it was acknowledged the salad was not great I was told the following day it was never ordered! It’s a pizza place, not a salad place, let’s get to the main show! Pizzas are nothing to call home about, meat lovers (pictured) hardly had any meat topping, supreme pizza was so average, garlic bread was soggy (made on a sourdough bread). If you still chose to order from this place, I hope your food and experience is better than ours. Honestly, it’s just not good enough for a business that’s been operating for many years!"
"Used to be my go to… The pizza is now not worth it. Customer service is pathetic. I ordered three pizzas and was delivered two along with this “risotto” which was not ordered. I ordered pizza, this is what I got. I thought a simple phone call would have been enough to recitify the problem. I mean I have been a customer for around ten years. Ahh no, just rudeness. I did try it. They call it “risotto”. I would describe the taste of the dish as, that if you imagine, you mixed well used kitty litter with a good cup of horse urine and then added some burnt hair, you’d be getting close… I would definitely recommend this place to people I don’t really like."
