"The negative comments shocked me, I thought it was just an accident that they ruined my haircut, but from the comments I knew that they are experts in ruining the haircut! They ruined my day, I walked in happy and left so angry, I only asked for a simple haircut and ended up looking just like in the pictures. I felt that something was wrong, the place was not clean, the hairdresser was not good at holding the hairbrush while drying it my hair, and she fell from it repeatedly and lifted it from the ground and returned it to my hair, badly dried hair with curly roots! What made me even more angry was the hairdresser’s rude manner with me when I saw how she had spoiled my hair from behind, as she did not immediately apologize for spoiling my hair, but rather insisted on convincing me that what I see is normal and that is Hair gradation, and then she start telling me : you brought a side view of the haircut, not Shows the shape of the hair from the back. I have never heard a professional hairdresser say that, and she kept trying to convince me to accept it as if I was cutting my hair for the first time in my life! I almost exploded and told her to call the manager who - thank God - was more polite and immediately admitted my hair was completely spoiled and stepped in to try and fix it. She spoke in Hindi with the hairdresser who left and never came back. Even if I didn’t understand the language, I could understand that she had told her what she had done was wrong. My hair was not repaired as I wanted it to be, just trying to minimize the damage, and I came out completely unsatisfied. The manager reduced my bill from $63 to $50 with an apology. But I’m still sad and sure I won’t be back again and wish I had read the reviews before going. I hope my comment helps the management to bring in professional hairdressers who know what they’re doing."

"Be careful who you let do your threading here. I paid $40 for a full face of threading. I had to pluck my own face the very next day! I've been plucking my self every day since! There was still a hair in between my eyebrows. Not sure what she did but it hurt. she didn't do what I paid her to do which was to remove the hair. VERY disappointed. I've been supporting your business for 10 years and I'll never come back again now."

"Today I visited this parlour for facial and I have met the person Anuneet and she is so friendly and she suggested me the right facial type based on my skin type. And the service she offered is very good and during the facial time she is so talkative and kept me enagaging by her sense of humour . Undoubtedly I can say she is one of the best beautician which I met in Sydney and worth for money as well and I will keep visit this beauty parlour and choose Anuneet only whenever I visit next time."

"I went for waxing, it was a bad service. The aesthetician used the same strip to remove the wax many times and it was too painful. When i asked her to take the next wax removal strip, she just laughed and continued the same. only 2 strips were used for one arm waxing, so you can imagine how painful it will be when i finished full arms and 1/2 legs. Also after the billing i enquired about the hair cut services to the stylist and wanted to know how my waxing bill was $5 extra than that mentioned in the board. The lady who did my waxing was furious and was passing comments leaving me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Totally not worth going if you want a good customer service. Nothing costs her if she explained politely nor let the hair stylist explain me the bill splitting. Another lady came in between too! As an Indian myself, I was especially disappointed to witness such unprofessional behaviour, as it reflects poorly on our community. I strongly believe that cultural background should never be an excuse for providing subpar customer service.I am Its not a surprise why Indian attitude is spoken badly in Australia. I offer this feedback in the hope that it helps improve your salon's services and fosters a more positive and respectful environment for all customers."

"Very bad service. I took hair wash and blowdry. The water was too hot! She didn’t even ask if i am okay with it or not. She was in such a hurry. Didn’t let me keep the conditioner for even 2 minutes. Didn’t use any hair serum or heat protection before blow drying my hair in hottest settings. My scalp almost got burned. Giving 2stars just for eyebrows threading. DO NOT GO HERE."
