"Pizzas are pretty good.I like to order in store and wait. One disturbing thing last night, whilst I was waiting for my order , food app delivery drivers just walking in with no heater bags, just waving their phone around and just picking up the pizzas by hand and walking out.This is not on! One food pick up driver did came in with a heater bag ,he put the pizzas the heater bag, but also put in two bottles of cold drinks in with the hot pizzas! Doordash I’m mainly talking to you."

"Ordered on 25th of July for pickup and pizza was smaller than the usual regular. When I arrived home to eat, it surprised me as I thought its only small but it is very well undercooked and inedible. Tried a bite just to make sure but apparently it is very very well undercooked and inedible. I tried calling them to raise this issue at around 10pm but none answered, very disappointed Never order from this Eastwood branch as I just read that a lot of people experienced the same thing."
"I ordered large but seems to have got regular. Make it even worse, way too much crust with not enough topping. Left half of pizza had more crust than topping. I ordered BBQ chicken and this is meant to be a premium pizza. Wasted my money. -> Store rang me and offered one side menu to compensate the ruined premium pizza which I thought was ridiculous and he said he'll call me back but never did. I ended up getting nothing offered. Definitely not buying from there again!!"
