"The room was clean and I was able to stay comfortably. But the breakfast was so disappointing. The toaster didn't even have a cord plugged in, and many people had to wait a long time to bake bread. It was a pity that there was only instant coffee, and there was no yogurt or fruit. The most inconvenient thing was that the water pressure was so low that I couldn't shower properly because the water didn't come out well. But the staff were friendly. If these inconveniences are improved, it will be recognized as a lodging with a better rating when searching for a hotel abroad."

From Sunni and his team on the front desk to the chief and all the Cafe Coco staff all are excellent people who will go the extra distance to make anybody use stay a great experience."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest for 10 nights during a business trip and it was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with ample room for me to unwind and relax at the end of the day. The convenience of having a Woolworths within walking distance from the hotel, along with the amenities provided in the apartment, made my stay even more enjoyable. Also, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel for accommodating my late check-in on such short notice. Despite my arrival close to midnight, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even at that late hour.
