"I booked my appointment for 3:30pm. For my previous appointment I went exactly at my appointment time and they called me very late to do my haircut, I was waiting in the chair for so long and decided to go early to my next appointment and I went 15min earlier than my booking time. It was 3:50pm and i'm still sitting in the waiting chair for them to call me for my haircut, but there is no response from them. I do understand they are busy, but what is the purpose for making appointments? If they are not looking after appointments remove it from the website. I do not recommend this salon to any of the people, no proper management and totally waste of booking appointments."
