"Poor service is the backbone of the Domino's brand. Made a complaint last week using their own feedback form which is obviously only geared in an attempt to make out how great they are. The exception is their delivery driver. The store lacks competent management, especially when today's manager, called Alex, was also the same Alex, same accent as the Alex of a week ago yet he tried to deny it. Obviously, the senior management of Dominos, is under the mistaken impression that they are above the competition in this area. Will now search for other pizza stores in this area. Even MCDonalds is an improvement on Donino's."
"Avoid this place at all costs. They get the order incorrect, you call up then they argue with you and refuse to refund the extra add-on that you paid for and they did not fulfil. They offer you a credit on your next order. I will never be ordering from this place again. Complaint to Domino's Corporate office submitted immediately ! Operators like this should not be in business."

"A disappointment every time I’ve had them from here. Not sure who was doing the pizzas last night in Five dock but the pizza’s severely lacking toppings… the photos actually look better because the red pizza sauce looks like meat but it’s not, it’s a lot of sauce. My partner had Hawaiian, I had Supreme, mine had a 7cm border of no topping, the Hawaiian was worse…very annoyed! I added ham and cheese and microwaved to melt the cheese. Scabby, stingy pizzas is what you’ll get with lots of tomato sauce"
"Well. As for a “go to place”, and “better than made in Italy reviews”, maybe these pictures will force the arrogant store manager to change his tact. Before we threw our entire order in the bin, with pizza either burnt to a crisp or significantly damaged, the store refused to provide a replacement or a refund, until, according to Barendra who doesn’t spell his name for you, advised “you need to take it out of the bin so the delivery driver can pick it up if you want a refund, and you can send me your photos”. During a pandemic, I was not sending the kids to do so, not expecting to believe a Store Mnager would instruct the same delivery drivers who handle your fresh food, to handle food from the bin. Ben, you can’t have ever been to Made in Italy or one of their nine superb locations throughout Sydney, at all if you consider this service and Pizza to be better. In fact, these pizzas even went through the DOM Pizza Checker, such is the Quality Control, yet, it all made sense why only one picture was available for our order of three or four Pizzas, when the rest looked like this. No icing sugar even on the desert, rock hard little balls of dough which were freezing cold, cold pizza, 15 minutes late, abd no apology, just “we are busy at the shop today mate” was the driver response. Yeah guys, we’ve emailed you, called the store, logged your feedback forms and advised we would place our review as a final step, allowing you everyone opportunity to rectify. Maybe now, the rest of the area can join in and say, most politely, get F*ed Dominos, you pay decent money for a service, and you guys Don’t event try to deliver. Barendra, sorry champ, you go pick it out of the bin next time a customer advises you of your poor service."
