When questioned over the phone, your rudeness and complete disregard for customer service and money of a long term customer is absolutely disgusting. I’m glad Uber refunded the order that you failed to resolve. Tip of the day to Jay. Agree that you messed up the order and resolve it. Not make the customer go out of their way to fix up your mistake because you failed to check, and on top make them throw out the dinner they paid for because you included the one thing they are allergic to. I hope you learn from this Jay and become a better restaurant manager as you should never treat paying customers like that who loved this restaurant and will never order from again."
