"Paid a fortune, received bad haircut (worst fringein the historyof fringes), smudged hair color (have been sold two colours got a smudged undefined in between shade of non), up to this point it can be considered at best human error or at worst incompetence which can be forgiven. But what still stresses me out is on top of all this I have been abused by a staff (someone who did not even work on my hair yelling at me and blaming me for not being happy with the mess on my head and trying to intimate me into not even asking for adjustments). Strongly recommend the management to spend on a compulsory work ethics workshop for the staff."
