"Convenient app ordering and ok service, BUT disappointing pizza - luke warm from when I stepped out of the shop and with little to no toppings when compared to other pizza places. I'm glad it was a 2 for 1 pizza special, otherwise over $50 is way too much for 2 mediocre pizzas. Don't expect it to look anything like the pictures. Overall 2 stars, hopefully some improvements can be made."
"Decided to try the new Pizza Hut in Jackson's Hill tonight and never made it past the ordering stage. Admittedly we never used the app which appeared somewhat clearer than any information in store. The menus do not list the ingredients and it was not easy to pick the "right" pizzas for the deal. The first staff member could not direct us and the second staff member kept saying you can't have this or that in order to get the deal! Pathetic service and not good enough for a company which almost went under years ago. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!"
"We had the same experience as Jack Daniels so nothing has changed in 3 weeks. There are no ingredients listed as to what goes on the pizzas. No idea what pizza are included in the deals and which ones are extra. Same with the sides. Basically you only get garlic bread as a side for no extra money. If you aren't going to let customers know which items they can have in the deals why advertise them. Pizza Hut was great in the 80's and 90's and as this one has the brand name and is out of town it should be much much better than it is. I had to give it 1 star, otherwise I couldn't wrote the review. In reality it deserves a minus. The staff don't know how to communicate about the extra money on the pizza that you actually want which is part of the deals, because it's not clear to start with. Could have been something special but is terrible, won't be going back."
"New customer first experience. Haven't had pizza hut in years and couldn't wait.. Asked for the $24.95 2 large pizza and sides deal. Lady ASKS ME what pizzas I want then tried charging me almost double because (I) picked the wrong pizzas. Complete SCAM and RIP OFF. Never going back. Lady said she would rather throw the pizza out than make the sale even though I offered extra money close to the full amount she wanted. Wasted my time. Never going back on principal. Worst first impression possible and I will spread the word locally. Proceeded to dominos and had the polar opposite experience. AVOID PIZZA HUT no respect for the Sunbury locals."
