"Yeah, great pizza. If you can get it. Sat night, online ordering is offline. Number is engaged or ringing out for over half an hour & that's trying to get in early from 5pm! Here's a tip: don't have your store say it's open when it's clearly not. Just wasting our time, patience and ruining the family dinner everyone was looking forward to. How hard is it to put a proper explanation on your front page as to if & why you are shut & when you will re-open??? We're done with you."
