"Can honestly say this is one of the most poorly run, inefficient and thieving establishments I have ever come across. I have stayed numerous times in the past and never had many issues bar the rude staff and outdated rooms. The last time I stayed I had to chase them for my security deposit after they failed to return it 10 days later after check out. Red flag number one. Now the second time we booked thru their actual website an error message kept appearing as we wanted to book for the following night. This booking was made 11pm and we had booked for checking in the following day for one night. Money taken out of account. When we get to hotel they rudely tell us no we booked for the previous night. The female was nothing but rude and failed to see the logic or except our receipts and screenshots as evidence of booking for the right night. This establishment is morally inept and fails to take responsibility for been corrupt and blatantly stealing from consumers. A formal complaint is been made with the consumer ombudsman this will not be the last of this issue. Avoid this place at all costs."
"The staff at ParkView Motel were extremely accommodating to myself and my two friends late at night on a Friday while they were very busy. We arrived late in the eveningat, last minute with no booking with a broken down motorcycle. The Manager bought us out tools, lights and water, let us setup in a corner of their parking lot and pull an engine down for repairs, while having a chat with us. We were in the parking lot from 7pm untill 8am. They allowed us extra late checkout so that we could sleep. We were allowed to stay in the parking lot untill late the next day without a booking while they were busy, still repairing the motorcycle. Staff was extremely helpful and nice, room was great, shower was hot and had good water pressure. Hogs Breath is right next door. 10/10. Very good place to stay. P.S Sorry that we accidently drained 3 litres of oil on your parking lot."
"Lovely staff! Family owned business. They stayed back for me to do a late check in and let me extend my stay. Rooms are big and bed is comfy. Spa bath was clean and no re clean by me required before getting in! Great service guys"
"The owner is a perv. The hotel is dirty beds and floors never clean. For 3 years they never allow anyone in the pool because they are not insured. They cleaners rob you. The owner takes you let bond by using the dirty room as a excuse. The room has been dirty for years but he wants ur bond. Most important the Indian owner has hidden cameras inside the rooms . Stay away"
